This is part of the standard eligibility and treatment process and does not include a separate in-depth case review or written clinical report. There is no separate consultation or case-review fee.

Get a dedicated, more in-depth clinical review of your case — no live video appointment required. Submit your photos, medical history, and relevant case information through a secure intake form. A licensed podiatric provider will review your information in greater detail and provide a written clinical recommendation within 24–48 hours.

Standard 90-Day Course, Pulse Therapy, or Continuous / Extended Care — your provider determines which schedule may be clinically appropriate for your case, based on diagnosis, medical history, contraindications, and eligibility.
✔ Standard 90-Day Course — Continuous daily oral antifungal course over approximately 12 weeks. A widely referenced framework for eligible patients when clinically appropriate.
✔ Pulse Therapy — Intermittent oral antifungal cycles with planned rest periods. May be considered for eligible patients when clinically appropriate.
✔ Continuous / Extended Care — Continued oral antifungal treatment beyond the initial 90-day framework, under ongoing provider supervision and monitoring.
