Start with a short eligibility screener. It helps confirm Florida residency, physical location in Florida at the time of evaluation, age eligibility, and whether telemedicine care may be appropriate. Takes less than 5 minutes.

A Florida-licensed podiatric provider within JAWS Podiatry reviews your case and determines appropriate next steps or treatment recommendations when clinically indicated.

Receive your treatment plan
If treatment is prescribed, fulfillment details are provided after provider review, through an authorized dispensing pharmacy, as applicable. No prescription medication is issued, dispensed, or shipped without approval by a Florida-licensed provider. If treatment is prescribed, your plan may be Fugly Complete™ (oral + topical), Fugly Topical™ (topical), or Fugly Nail + Skin™ (nail + skin) — determined by provider review.

Ongoing support
Follow-up support may be provided to monitor progress, answer questions, and support provider-directed treatment guidance when clinically appropriate.

We focus on physician-guided treatment options selected to address the real condition with a more serious medical approach.
OPTIONAL SERVICE
Want a deeper case review? Two options available.
For patients who want a professional case review before deciding on next steps, two optional consultation services are available: a Professional Virtual Evaluation ($150, asynchronous) or a Live Virtual Consultation ($300, live video with a Florida-licensed podiatric provider within JAWS Podiatry).
The eligibility screener is free. The Professional Virtual Evaluation is a separate optional service — not required to check eligibility or receive a treatment recommendation.
OUR APPROACH
Three treatment schedules
One provider-directed decision.
Standard 90-Day Course, Pulse Therapy, or Continuous / Extended Care — your provider determines which schedule may be clinically appropriate for your case, based on diagnosis, medical history, contraindications, and eligibility.
Standard 90-Day Course — Continuous daily oral antifungal course over approximately 12 weeks. A widely referenced framework for eligible patients when clinically appropriate.
Pulse Therapy — Intermittent oral antifungal cycles with planned rest periods. May be considered for eligible patients when clinically appropriate.
Continuous / Extended Care — Continued oral antifungal treatment beyond the initial 90-day framework, under ongoing provider supervision and monitoring.

Fugly Toenails™ was created by Dr. Abraham Wagner, DPM — a practicing podiatrist and founder of JAWS Podiatry in Hollywood, Florida.
